The HMGA Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America project in Ellabell, Georgia involves extensive interior construction across more than 104,000 square feet of designated work areas. Our scope of work includes the supply, installation, and finishing of drywall partitions, from framing and boarding to joint treatment, sanding, and final surface preparation. Fire-rated suspended ceiling systems are also being installed in compliance with code requirements, fully coordinated with fire protection, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure seamless integration. In addition, our team is completing the finish-out of office and canteen areas, including modular grid ceilings with integrated lighting and mechanical systems, application of durable wall finishes, and final cleaning to prepare the spaces for occupancy. Together, these efforts establish a safe, efficient, and high-quality interior environment to support the facility’s administrative functions and employee welfare.
