This project represented one of Steely Farm’s most comprehensive interior finishing undertakings, spanning the main ancillary building and nine auxiliary buildings within the 219,214-square-foot battery cell plant. From the outset, our team navigated a steady stream of change orders that required swift adjustments to plans, schedules, and material procurement, all while maintaining progress toward the project’s aggressive completion date. Our scope included the installation of both standard and fire-rated wall systems, suspended and specialty ceilings, epoxy flooring, extensive wall and ceiling painting, and complete bathroom finish-outs. Many of the paint and epoxy finishes were subject to strict quality control and client scrutiny, requiring near-flawless application and meticulous attention to detail. Coordinating multiple trades in an active construction environment, Steely Farm maintained exceptional workmanship and responsiveness, successfully delivering a turnkey interior package that met the client’s elevated performance and aesthetic standards.
